Terms: The premises are available on new
subleases on terms to be agreed at a current passing rental of £24.50 per
sq ft net internal. The leases will be contracted outside of the security of
tenure and compensation provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 Part
II, as amended.
Rates: The building is currently rated as a
single hereditament and it is proposed that the ground and first floor suites
are rated separately. (Estimated £7.80 per sq ft payable. Interested
parties are advised to make their own enquiries).
Service Charge: The service charge will be
payable by the subtenants on a pro-rata basis. Further details upon request.
Legal Costs: Each party to bear their own legal
